We have long thought that the service that most Estate Agents provide, for the commission they charge, could be improved upon. We also believe that technology is transforming the way houses are advertised, viewed, bought and sold and want to utilise these changes so that our clients, whether buying or selling, can take advantage of them.

Our Backgrounds

We are a husband and wife team who moved to Exmoor a few years ago - a decision we have never regretted.

We worked in London for over 15 years in advertising, marketing and IT. Since moving to the West Country, we have extended our experience to local Estate Agents and also producing advertising and brochures for local businesses. We have also bought and sold a few houses along the way.

We also share our accommodation with a collection of large hens, one of whom, Clarissa, was the inspiration for our admittedly, rather unusual company name.

We hope you like our fresh approach to buying and selling, and look forward to working with you in the future.
