Overall Description

This 1930's semi-detached house has been extended twice over the years, once into the loft to add a fourth bedroom and again to the rear to add a family room with views down the garden. The end-result is a substantial family home with character that now needs a new owner to modernise it to bring it back to the comfortable, modern family home that it has been in the past. The current downstairs layout has a sitting room with bay window to the front, downstairs cloakroom off the entrance hall and kitchen with separate dining and family rooms, although there is scope to reconfigure this to make a lovely large open-plan kitchen/dining/living space with separate utility should you wish. The four bedrooms are spread over the top two floors, with pleasant views across the garden and fields to the rear, and there is a shower room on the first floor. Outside there is a private driveway and ample parking, a double garage (tandem style) and large 100' rear garden. If you are looking for a project to create a lovely large family home close to schools and local amenities then viewing is highly recommended. The property is being sold with probate granted and no chain.
