There are clear signs from how busy we have become this month that buyers are returning to the market. We have had a record start to April with £3m of property going under offer. It seems now that it’s clear that we won’t be leaving the EU, at least not in any meaningful sense, and that politicians will be still talking about it forever rather than making a decision, that people have decided to get on with their lives and make the move they have been putting off for 6 months.
