Amzing article here about so called disruptor PurpleBricks and not something they seem to mention in their glossy TV ads, but they pocketed £18million from clients whose houses they failed to sell in 2019. Their business model is great for them with the upfront fees but not for their customers it would seem with no incentive to actually sell the house or follow the agreed sale through to exchange. That really is commissery!
